This season the weather was on the cool side with all the north winds but the Salmon were definitly here! With catches of Salmon in the high teens and some over twenty pounds, also Steelhead ranging in size from 6 to 12 lbs class.

The last day of September is the close of our fishing season. The month produced great fishing with limit catches of Salmon.

Ludington Michigan has been a focal point for fishing on Lake Michigan since the early 1970's. This is "Lake Michigans's Gold Coast" which has been the number one place to be fishing these past few years.

With natural river mouths, warm shoal water, excellent offshore structure, close proximity to deep water, and the many currents, these waters are teeming with activity, making it an angler's paradise.
